InnBucks MicroBank Brand Ambassadors attend Customer Care and Centricity Coaching

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy, a pioneer of Customer Service Etiquette, Business Etiquette and Professional Grooming training, conducted a workshop for the Brand Ambassadors of InnBucks MicroBank. The workshop, which took place on the 26th of November 2023, was held at the Joina City Mall under the theme, Customer Care and Customer Centricity. InnBucks MicroBank as an innovative fintech in Zimbabwe’s finance sector, offering a plethora of services to businesses and individuals, requires its Brand Ambassadors to be equipped with soft skills in business etiquette and customer care. Mr V. A. Chikanda, a seasoned Diplomacy and Protocol academic, gave training on Business Etiquette, Professionalism, Customer Care and Grooming, highly detailing the importance of effective communication in dealing with customers, handling the media and difficult customers. These skills will help the trainees to carry out their roles effectively and aid vast growth for InnBucks as Zimbabwe’s leading innovative microfinance solution.
